Deep amber in colour,  manuka honey, passion fruit and toffee apple.The palate is medium-bodied, viscous in the entry with
dried apricot, marmalade, quince and dark chocolate. The caramel elements come through quite strongly towards the finish. More pleasurable than intellectual, but still very fine (RP 91/100)
